Rev.  Carolyn  Stovall  Gilbert  




Rev. Carolyn Stovall Gilbert is President and Founder of Missionaries With The Vision. This non-profit organization is an interdenominational mission and prayer ministry. Her mission is to work with Pastors, Christians, non Christians and her community for the purpose of the redemption of the world. Reverend Gilbert is committed to doing this by sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ through prayer, evangelism, training and fellowship. Recently she and her followership celebrated eighteen years in ministry.

She ministers in her Jerusalem (neighborhood) and all over South Central Texas. She has traveled to and ministered the Word and love of God in Mexico, Haiti, China and South Africa. She has served on the executive boards of the Jesus Video Project, the Billy Graham Crusade and on the leadership team of Citywide Women’s Prayer Ministry.

She has served as advisor on the boards Women’s Neighborhood/ Women’s Marketplace Prayer International and Transformation Ministry. She is an anointed mentor, teacher, preacher, pastor, retreat/workshop and conference facilitator. She is Host and Producer of “God’s Word in Action” Radio Outreach Ministry that covers South Central Texas bringing a message of hope and reconciliation.

Her ministry endeavors to change the face of missions, by exposing a kaleidoscope of people to missions. She facilities short-term mission trips and holds ongoing missions and intercession training sessions. Her vision and passion are to train, teach, motivate and empower men, women, boys, and girls to impact their world with the uncompromising Gospel of Jesus Christ. Her ministry has been proven through seminars, mentorship programs, retreats, and hands on ministry opportunities. She firmly believes and teaches that YOUR MISSION FIELD IS WHEREVER YOU ARE.

In December 1993, Rev. Gilbert was released by her local church and pastors, Bishop David M. Copeland, Pastor Claudette A. Copeland and the New Creation Christian Fellowship to begin the work of Missionaries With The Vision. She continued at the helm of leadership with MWTV.

In August 2003, She was consecrated as pastor and sent out by her pastors and church to establish Christ International Tabernacle, NB, and New  Braunfels, Texas. Her vision is to “Win Souls and Make Disciples”. Her heart is for Unity, Love and Reconciliation. In 2009, Sunday services were discontinued in New Braunfels. However she continues to work with pastors and leaders in New Braunfels and the South Central Texas area. During her tenure in New Braunfels, she was given the vision for Pastors United In Prayer. This ministry is prospering as the vision continues to unfold. PUIP’s purpose is to bring pastors together for prayer, fellowship and relationship with a Kingdom prospective believing that together, we can do great things.
