VISION – The vision of this ministry is "to inform, train, teach and equip the believer for victorious living and assist them in fulfilling their destiny in Christ; by providing biblical solutions and answers (THE WAY AHEAD) to everyday problems and circumstances."
INTRODUCTION – The
Way Ahead program is an extended hand of W.A.W.C. and T.W.A.M. to today's internet radio community. The
concept for the 'Way Ahead' program was birthed from the format of a divine idea
the Lord gave me for a weekly television program nearly two years ago while
working in Baghdad, Iraq.
While in Iraq, my assigned duty was to oversee the construction of an array of
Iraqi military projects totaling over $70 million dollars. As project engineer
(PE), it was my responsibility to brief daily the Officer in Charge (OIC) of
the US Army Corps of Engineers, International Zone Resident Office on any issue
that effected or delayed the progress of constructing my projects. Having
briefed the OIC on the issues at hand, I then provided him with the 'Way
Ahead'.
In military slang, the 'Way Ahead' is simply the solution [the route, method,
or action] taken to resolve a problem. In other words, it’s the strategy used
or taken to resolve an issue. So it was part of my duty to provide the OIC with
the Way Ahead, which was simply the action, or actions implemented by the
government or its contractor's to resolve or correct the issue or problem that
were effecting or delaying the completion of construction of my projects.
Having participated in these briefing several times, the Lord revealed to me
that He wanted a platform to use to provide people with the Way Ahead to issues
one might encounter on a daily basis. In April of this year the Lord took the
original format he gave for the television program and changed it to that of a
blog and now a radio program. By implementing into my ministry the same
protocol or method used to brief my OIC, the Lord now has a way to provide
people with the Way Ahead (a biblical solution) to the issue that’s stopping or
delaying them in fulfilling their destiny in Christ. Therefore, to assist
people in their walk with God, once a week this program will inform the listeners
of the Current Issue at hand and provide the Way Ahead for it.

At this point I want to reiterate the purpose of this program and that is; it's a platform that God will use to provide it’s listening audience with the 'Way Ahead' (a solution) to life's issue's and challenges. It will not be used as a place for debating religious beliefs, arguing over godless ideas or issues. (1 Timothy 4:1-9 and 6:21 NLT) Everything will be done decently and in order as well as fun and adventurous.

Dr. Thaddeus M. Williams was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. At the early age of ten, God called him to minister His Word. In 1979, Thaddeus graduated from Wenonah High School and entered
Tennessee State University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Architectural Engineering. After receiving his degree in 1986, he married his
sweetheart Viney Pugh and moved to Ft. Walton Beach, Florida where he began his career as a Civil Engineer with the US Army Corps of Engineers.

1994, Thaddeus and his wife Viney moved to Pensacola, Florida to attend Bible
Training School. As a student he served for more than ten years as an
armor bearer and in July of 2003 he and his wife received a promotion from the
Lord and began serving as Assistant Pastors for 5 years in the church they
attended for more than 18 years.
On
July 24, 2005 Dr. Williams received his PhD in Theology. He has preached to
thousands of people around the world through the agency of the internet. Starting
in April of 2008, Dr. Dr. Williams ministered weekly to the US Troops while serving
a 2 ½ year tour in Baghdad, Iraq.
Dr.
Williams and his wife Viney were licensed and ordained a Minister of the Gospel
by the President and Founder of New Dimensions Christian/Destiny Network of
Churches and Ministries, Pastor Gregory Burns. He is the Founder of Way Ahead Worship Center and The Way
Ahead Ministries and has authored five books which will soon be released. Thaddeus and his wife reside in Pensacola, FL. They are the blessed
parents of three children and one grandchild: Thaddeus Jr., Bryant, Taryn and
Zakari.

March 23, 1966 in Birmingham, Alabama, Vinnie Williams was born with a song in her soul. Vinnie is a dynamic worshipper with a powerful voice and an even more powerful testimony. She has been singing professionally since the age of 12 and she performed in the secular arena as the opening act for the late Barry White. Vinnie has always been gifted and talented, her writing and singing career blossomed under the anointing of the Holy Spirit after she received the Lord Jesus as her Savior in 1989. The Lord has instructed Vinnie to “Speak out and to think big.” He gave her Isaiah 54:1“Sing, barren woman, who has never had a
baby. Fill the air with song…” GOD says so! as a word to stand on
while patiently waiting for Him to fulfill His promise concerning the purpose
for which He had created her.
It was from that moment, Vinnie allowed the Lord to transform the songs in her heart and soul into spiritual songs. God began to fill Vinnie’s heart with songs
about His goodness, peace and love for His people. Songs concerning our identity in Christ floods Vinnie’s heart as He ministered to her on a daily
basis. God has placed a melody in Vinnie’s heart concerning His redemptive work for mankind and she wants to share it with the world. Through her songs Vinnie wants people to know that though we are not perfect, God still loves and
forgives us, because His mercy and grace is never ending towards His people.
Having served in ministry for over 20 years Vinnie has been given the opportunity to minister on internationally platforms with some of today’s Generals of the
Faith. Along with her husband Dr. Thaddeus. M. Williams Sr., Vinnie was
licensed and ordained a Minister of the Gospel by the President and Founder of New Dimensions Christian/Destiny Network of Churches and Ministries, Pastor Gregory
Burns. She has authored of over 50 original songs and is the Co-Founder
of Way Ahead Worship center and The Way Ahead Ministries, Pensacola, Florida. Vinnie and her husband reside in Pensacola, FL. They are the blessed parents
